What’s a typical day as an Advanced Composite Technician III? You’ll be:

+ Manufacturing a wide variety of composite aircraft parts in a production environment

+ Performing complex composite functions such as lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave processing, trimming, and complex repairs

+ Reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, Gulfstream specifications, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets

+ Using specialized tools and precision measuring equipment (6" scale, 1" micrometer, 6" dial caliper)

+ Inspecting completed work to ensure defect-free assemblies prior to inspection

+ Maintaining required logs and records (MIR sheets, DMTs, CRABS, PCOs, DR/DI, etc.)

+ Supporting FOD, 5S, and Lean manufacturing initiatives

+ Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

+ Providing technical support and collaborating with team members to resolve manufacturing issues

+ Performing other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

+ High School Diploma or GED (required)

+ **Three (3) years of related composite experience**

+ Ability to work with composite resins and materials

+ Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

+ Basic computer skills

+ Ability to use mathematical formulas to solve dimensional problems using fractions and decimals

+ Experience using precision measuring tools

+ Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role

+ Flexibility to work **any shift** , as needed

+ Valid driver's license
