As Senior Product Manager for the ADVEV platform, you will be a key driver in orchestrating the delivery of software products for the next-gen EV Platform. You will work closely with senior-level management, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and development teams to translate strategic roadmaps into tangible product features, ensuring efficient execution and alignment across all stakeholders. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, agile leadership, and a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements to deliver high-quality, customer-centric software Products. and process automation within the ADVEV space at FORD. This role requires strategic vision, cross-functional leadership, and expertise in driving business capabilities and innovation.

+ Develop and manage the product roadmap with Product and Engineering Managers.

+ Convert roadmap into features and prioritize the product backlog.

+ Lead agile ceremonies and champion best practices.

+ Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

+ Oversee release planning, demos, and issue resolution.

+ Evaluate technical designs and manage risks.

+ Define key metrics and monitor production issues proactively.

+ Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field, Master’s preferred.

+ 10+ years of experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum, Lean, XP, and Domain Driven Design.

+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute in fast-paced environments.

+ Automotive industry and 3DX experience are assets.

+ Strong independent and collaborative skills.

This role is ONSITE and will require commute to the Dearborn, MI office 4x/week.
