Are you a skilled Salesforce Developer passionate about creating impactful solutions? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced developer to support our client's software system that is built on a Salesforce platform.

We wish to find the right person to manage monitoring of Salesforce software system performance, system enhancements, business analysis functions, and the establishment of common data rules and standards. You will also recommend business process enhancements to better meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Development:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.

• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other state systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.

• Implement and manage Salesforce security and access controls.

• Understand Salesforce administration.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and training to developers with less experience.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Ensure the state’s medical cannabis software system meets required security standards.

System Maintenance and Optimization:

• Perform regular system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Document technical designs, code, and configurations.

• Work within an agile development environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform.

• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns.

• Knowledge of Salesforce security and access controls.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable.

• Experience with Salesforce Administration.

• Preference given for candidates with Power BI, JIRA, Omniscripts/Vlocity, Mulesoft, or Github (code repository tool).
