    Overview:

    McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Dispatcher to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of service calls. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with their needs

    + Collect detailed information to determine the nature and urgency of each request

    + Dispatch service technicians promptly and efficiently to breakdown locations

    + Accurately enter and maintain information in the dispatch system

    + Communicate job details clearly to field technicians, including order information, location specifics, and any potential issues

    + Follow up on open service calls to ensure proper completion

    + Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers and internal teams

    Education & Experience:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    Requirements:

    + High-speed internet connection (required for remote work)

    + Personal computer (laptop/desktop) with an additional monitor

    + Wired or wireless headset

    + Flexible schedule availability

    + Strong customer service and communication skills

    + Basic computer literacy and consistent typing ability

    + Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure

    + Strong active listening skills and attention to detail

    Other Duties:

    Additional responsibilities may arise as needed, and the ideal candidate should be prepared to take on new challenges as they occur.
