Education / Training:
• HS Diploma or Equivalent Required;
• Some college or degree preferred;
• 3-5+ years of experience working in project planning, estimating, accounting, QMS, logistics, EHS and general management in many positions;

Key Job Elements:
• Plans, develops, and manages project requirements while maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant workflow;
• Oversees and coordinates internal and external material movements to support project execution;
• Prepares and delivers weekly and monthly project status reports; develops and maintains reporting for stakeholders as needed;
• Develops comprehensive project plans, establishes milestones, and coordinates cross‑functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved;
• Manages project resources, budgets, and schedules to keep initiatives on track and within scope;
• Facilitates effective communication among stakeholders, providing timely updates on progress, risks, and key decisions;
• Identifies potential project risks and implements mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes;
• Performs additional job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Broad understanding of key business functions, including production supervision, supply chain, quality, engineering, HR, and finance, with the ability to collaborate effectively across support groups and leverage each function to manage teams successfully.
• Demonstrated project management experience with strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities, sound decision‑making skills, and a solid understanding of production processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage a diverse workforce.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling practices and manpower planning.
• High proficiency in software applications and ERP systems, including advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
