    + Promote continuous improvement in analytics processes, tools, and methodologies.

    + Manage analytics backlogs and delivery using Agile frameworks and Azure DevOps.

    + Evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and external data sources to enhance analytics capabilities.

    + Influence data strategy to support long-term business goals and operational excellence.

    + Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.

    + 6–9+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.

    + Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.

    + Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras.

    + Advanced understanding of statistical modeling, experimentation, and evaluation metrics.

    + Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable analytics solutions.

    + Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

    + Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder influence skills.

    + Experience working in Agile environments and using Azure DevOps.

    + Preferred: NLP, deep learning, Salesforce reporting, and industry experience in manufacturing or business services.

    Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
