Job Description:

+ Product Data / Program Management professional to join a high-impact team responsible for ensuring product and technical data is clear, accurate, and operationally ready across the full hardware lifecycle—from early concept and NPI through mass production and eventual obsolescence.

+ This role sits at the intersection of data integrity, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination, supporting large-scale infrastructure planning and execution across a global footprint.

Responsibilities:

+ Support and coordinate product data workflows across the server hardware lifecycle

+ Partner with program managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute data and process updates

+ Maintain and improve data quality across forecasting, procurement, and deployment workflows

+ Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies using structured reporting and dashboards

+ Prepare clear, executive-ready documentation, metrics, and presentations

Experience:

+ 2+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, or project support

+ Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, detail-oriented technology or corporate environments

+ Strong proficiency with data management tools (spreadsheets, tracking systems, reporting dashboards)

+ Experience creating clear, concise presentations for cross-functional or leadership audiences

+ Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working across time zones and teams

+ Exposure to hardware, cloud infrastructure, supply chain, or technical product environments

+ Experience working with globally distributed teams
