Shift & Schedule

This is a full time position on **2nd shift,** **Monday - Friday, from 4:00pm - finish.** Could work between 8 - 12 hours daily, depending on business needs. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.

Position Details:

+ Hauling Coffee, Beverages, and Packaging

+ Dedicated routes with assigned tractors, that ensure you are **home daily**

Position Responsibilities:

+ **Engage** and **communicate** with your fellow team members

+ Demonstrate **pride** in all that you do

+ Complete all duties and assignments in a **safe** and **efficient** manner

+ Perform effective pre and post trip inspections

+ Follow all FMCSA and DOT state and federal requirements

+ Maintain an acceptable CSA safety score (BASIC > 65%, driver fitness >80%)

+ Ongoing training for professional and personal development

+ Regular driver meetings every month

Total Rewards:

+ Pay starting at **$32.78 per hour.** The employee will move to a higher rate of **$34.48 per hour** in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or general equivalency diploma

+ 1+ year of commercial driving experience

+ 21 years of age or older

+ Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and compliant DQF file
