Your role and responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Associate Partner with a specialty in finance and experience in the industrial industry to join our team and help drive successful SAP finance implementations for our industrial clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design tailored finance solutions, support client engagements, and contribute to the growth of our SAP practice.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Engagement: Collaborate with industrial clients to understand their financial management challenges and design tailored SAP finance solutions that address their unique needs and industry-specific requirements.

* Pre-sales Support: Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses, showcasing your deep understanding of SAP finance modules and their strategic benefits for the industrial sector.

* Project Execution: Work alongside senior consultants to deliver SAP finance projects for industrial clients, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and testing.

* Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience in the industrial industry to provide insights into sector-specific financial processes, challenges, and best practices, enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of SAP finance solutions.

* Thought Leadership: Share your expertise through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and speaking engagements, positioning our firm as a trusted advisor in SAP finance for the industrial sector.

* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the industrial industry, fostering long-term partnerships and driving client satisfaction.

* Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the SAP finance space for industrial clients, contributing to the growth of our practice and the firm's revenue.

* Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest SAP finance trends, features, and best practices, as well as industry-specific developments, and actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.

* Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with junior team members, sharing your expertise and guiding their professional development in SAP finance for the industrial sector.

Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week subject to business needs.

This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an SAP consultant or partner, with a specialty in finance and a background in the industrial industry.

* Deep understanding of SAP finance modules, processes, and best practices, tailored to the industrial sector.

* Strong SAP project experience, including implementation, upgrade, and integration projects in the industrial industry.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on industrial finance.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

* Relevant certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Finance (SAP FICO) or similar, are preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
