    What You'll Be Doing

    + Safely operate ready mix concrete trucks to deliver product to customer job sites

    + Inspect vehicle before, during, and after operation to ensure safe working condition

    + Maintain accurate delivery, ticketing, and vehicle inspection documentation

    + Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers

    + Adhere consistently to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures

    + Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and heavy equipment

    + Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards

    + Reliable, dependable, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate professionally

    + Willingness to work flexible hours as business needs require

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
