    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Operate dozer equipment to move, grade, and shape materials safely and efficiently.

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.

    + Support production goals by maintaining proper material flow and site organization.

    + Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture.

    + Assist with additional site tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment and to climb on and off machinery safely.

    + Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials or tools as part of daily tasks.

    + Capacity to work on uneven terrain, perform repetitive motions, and maintain balance and coordination inactive jobsite conditions.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
