    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Perform general labor tasks to support plant operations and material handling.

    + Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and housekeeping duties.

    + Monitor and report equipment or safety concerns promptly.

    + Operate or learn to operate various tools and machinery safely.

    + Support production teams with tasks that ensure efficient and continuous operation.

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials or equipment as part of daily tasks.

    + Capability to work on uneven surfaces, perform repetitive motions, and maintain balance and coordination inactive plant environments.

    + Capacity to handle physically demanding tasks that may involve carrying tools, shoveling, or working in varied weather conditions.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
