Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in education.

+ Experience teaching diverse students from disadvantaged backgrounds desired.

+ Demonstrated success in creating engaging, rigorous, data-driven, relevant learning experiences. Skills in using learning technology a plus.

+ Positive behavioral management and classroom management skills are essential.

+ Highly skilled in effectively collaborating with others, including multi-disciplinary teams.

+ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills are required.

+ Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.

+ Candidates must be willing to actively engage with students beyond the classroom.
