    Policy Services Rep - MA Auto (Hybrid)

    **Work Scheudule Options** : 7:00 am-3:30 pm, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am -4:30 pm

     

    After completing training, schedule will be hybrid (3 days in the office 2 days remote)

    Summary:

    Daily responsibilities include the screening, coding and input of all new business, renewal, endorsement and cancellation transactions within departmental standards.

    Responsibilities:

    + Basic analysis is performed to assure the issuance system entry requirements are met and to identify and resolve any on-line error conditions.

    + Provide customer service based on an assigned agency plan.

    + Must maintain department standards for the position relative to processing speed and accuracy.

    + Analyzes and resolves individual and system generated errors resulting from input, whether the errors/issues result from internal systems, processing with external vendors or Registry systems.

    Skills/Abilities:

    + Demonstrated mathematical and analytical skills

    + Attention to detail required.

    + Must have strong organizational, interpersonal/communication, and time management skills to handle agency contact.

    + Excellent customer service and phone skills.

    Qualifications:

    + High School or equivalent knowledge or related experience.

    + 0 - 1 years experience

    **Pay Philosophy** : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

     

    Salary Range $18.56 - $26.70 per hour
