UNC Family Medicine at Apex provides high-quality care tailored to the patients’ personal needs. The patient, physician and team work to determine the best treatments and decisions. They strive to keep an open schedule so that our patients can make same-day appointments for sick visits.

The team considers it a privilege to be involved in patient care and wellness. Treatment recommendations are based on existing scientific research and expert opinion in the allopathic medical field. We want our patients to feel that medical decisions are made as a team, with you and your care team.

**Hours:** Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• DEA;ACLS;MD

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:

• Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.

REASONING ABILITY

High-level quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board-certified in FM or Internal Medicine.
