    **Title:** Pre Award Grant Coordinator

    **Facility:** BayCare System Office (Hybrid)

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Responsible for overseeing all aspects of pre-award grants management for BayCare Health System and its related entities and service lines.

    + Primarily focused on the Review, Application and Award stages of the grant lifecycle.

    + Responsibilities include prospect research, grant writing, training, internal approvals, working with external consultants and internal key stakeholders to assist team members across BayCare in the successful pursuit of funding.

    + Maintain required registrations, (grants.gov, SAM, eRACommons and D&B).

    + Reports to the Grants Manager and collaborates with BayCare Legal and Risk to pre-vet standard contracts or sub-award agreements.

    + Also works closely with BayCare Finance on grant application budgets.

    Experience Requirements

    + Required - 3 years grants, proposal development, copywriting, or business development

    Education Requirements

    + Required - Bachelor's in related field

    + Preferred - Master's in related field

    Certification Requirements

    + Preferred - Grant Professional Certification (GPC)

    + Preferred - Grants Management Specialist (CGMS)

    **Location:** Clearwater, FL

    **Status:** Full Time; Exempt

    **Shift Hours:** 8:00AM - 4:30PM

    **Weekend Work:** None
