    BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced **Assistant Nurse Manager** to join the **Outpatient Infusion Center** at **St. Anthony’s Hospital** . This leadership role supports safe, efficient delivery of infusion therapies while promoting exceptional patient experiences in an ambulatory setting.

    Position Overview

    The Assistant Nurse Manager supports daily operations and clinical leadership for the Outpatient Infusion department. This role partners closely with nursing leadership to support staff development, quality outcomes, and patient-centered care across ambulatory infusion services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support clinical and operational leadership for outpatient infusion services

    + Assist with staff coaching, scheduling, and professional development

    + Promote quality, safety, and evidence-based infusion practices

    + Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams

    + Support regulatory compliance and workflow efficiency

    Requirements

    + Active Florida RN license

    + BLS certification

    + Minimum 2 years of acute care or outpatient RN experience

    + BSN or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field

    Preferred

    + RN specialty certification (e.g., CRNI, OCN)

    + Prior leadership or charge experience

    + Outpatient infusion or oncology experience
