    BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced **RN – Charge Nurse** to join the **Infusion team** at **St. Anthony’s Hospital** in St. Petersburg. This role is ideal for a clinical leader with strong infusion expertise who is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality care while supporting and developing nursing teams.

    Position Overview

    The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the Infusion department, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring safe administration of infusion therapies and an exceptional patient experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and support infusion nursing staff during assigned shifts

    + Serve as charge nurse and preceptor

    + Ensure compliance with infusion therapy protocols and safety standards

    + Promote professional development, collaboration, and evidence-based practice

    + Communicate organizational priorities and departmental goals

    Requirements

    + Active Florida RN license

    + BLS certification

    + Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

    Preferred

    + Prior charge or leadership experience

    + Infusion, oncology, or specialty certification (e.g., OCN, CRNI)

    + **Shift Hours:** 7:30 AM – 5PM

    + **Weekend:** Occasional

    + **On Call:** No
