    BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced **Assistant Nurse Manager** to join the **Neuroscience Unit** at **St. Anthony’s Hospital** . This leadership role supports high-quality, patient-centered care while partnering with nursing leadership to drive clinical excellence and team engagement.

    Position Overview

    The Assistant Nurse Manager supports unit operations and clinical leadership, assisting with staff development, quality outcomes, and daily workflow. This role serves as a key liaison between patients, physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support clinical and operational leadership for the Neuroscience unit

    + Assist with staff engagement, coaching, and development

    + Promote quality, safety, and evidence-based practice

    + Serve as a resource to patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

    Requirements

    + Active Florida RN license

    + BLS certification

    + Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience

    + BSN or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field

    Preferred

    + RN specialty certification

    + Prior leadership experience
