    BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced **RN – Charge Nurse** to join the **Medical/Surgical Oncology unit** at **Winter Haven Hospital** . This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about oncology care, patient advocacy, and team development.

    Position Overview

    The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for oncology patients.

    + Lead and support nursing staff during assigned shifts

    + Serve as charge nurse and preceptor

    Requirements

    + Active Florida RN license

    + BLS certification

    + Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

    Preferred

    + Prior charge or leadership experience

    + Oncology experience or specialty certification
