+ Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

+ Lead compliance training and education programs

+ Oversee investigations, hotline disclosures, and reporting processes

+ Monitor and enhance compliance, privacy, and data security policies

+ Maintain and update the company’s Code of Conduct

+ Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives

+ **Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

+ 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience

+ 2+ years of management experience

+ Health Care Compliance certification strongly preferred

+ Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
