Minimum rate of pay: $15.40 PLUS DailyPAY

Position Purpose
Provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients. Summons the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance, control or other nursing intervention. Knowledgeable and supportive of patients, the confidentiality of HIPAA protected information, and other related hospital policies.
**Shifts Available:** 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
**Status available:** Full-time, Part-time, Contingent/PRN
_Every Other Weekend and 3 Holidays per year required for Full-time and Part-time team members._
Required Qualifications:
Education
+ High school diploma or GED.
What you will do:
+ Follows suicide protection policy
+ Assist RN and assistive staff as directed within scope of job description including ADLs (feeding, oral care, bathing, and toileting).
+ Contact RN with signs of pain or change in patient condition.
+ Follow "Fall Risk" precautions.
