Minimum rate of pay: $16.15 PLUS DailyPAY

Position Purpose
Functions as a member of the health care team under the direction of the RN. Utilizing a Patient Focused Care approach, provides sitting services to a specific group of patients within the Trinity Health System.
**Shifts Available:** 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
**Status available:** Full-time, Part-time, Contingent/PRN
_Every Other Weekend and 3 Holidays per year required for Full-time and Part-time team members._
Required Qualifications:
Education
+ High school diploma or GED.
What you will do:
+ Provides observation following the guidelines as described during department specific orientation. Must ensure they are actively participating in a distraction free environment.
+ Reports patient care incidents and changes in the patient's condition to the RN in a timely fashion.
+ Provides patient care that reflects respect for patient's rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed needs and attention to providing comfort, relieving pain, and alleviating anxiety.
+ To ensure safe patient care experience, incumbent must remain with patient until hand-off occurs.
