Description:

We are seeking an experienced **Lead Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist** to join our Heart & Vascular Procedure Center team.

As the Team Lead, you will coordinate work assignments, manage on-call schedules, maintain procedure protocols, assist with staff education and training, and serve as the primary preceptor for new technologists.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 10hr day shifts.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform advanced invasive cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures, including scrubbing and circulating roles.

+ Monitor hemodynamics and operate specialized systems such as Mac Lab.

+ Coordinate scheduling, inventory management, and patient flow for procedures.

+ Maintain and update procedure manuals, protocols, and staff competencies.

+ Serve as equipment/software superuser and facilitate repairs.

+ Collaborate with leadership on hiring decisions and performance evaluations.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards, radiation protocols, and universal precautions.

+ Participate in quality improvement projects and revenue integrity processes.

Qualifications

+ **Education:** Associate degree required; completion of a certified vascular technician program preferred. Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiology program.

+ **Certifications:** ARRT and/or RCIS required; ACLS/BCLS required.

+ **Experience:** Previous Cath Lab experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred.

+ **Skills:**

+ Expertise in cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures.

+ Strong communication and leadership abilities.

+ Ability to work in a high-stress environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

+ Proficiency with interventional radiology equipment and IT applications.
