    How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

    Delta’s Customer Data team is seeking a delivery-focused

    Product Manager to lead execution of a subset of Customer Data Products that

    power personalization at scale. This role ensures these products meet

    performance standards, enable enterprise personalization, and align with

    Delta’s architecture.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Drive end-to-end delivery of enhancements to CustomerData Products, including UAT and stakeholder sign-off.

    + Translate business needs into technical requirements forIT teams and ensure timely execution.

    + Partner with engineering to maintain performancestandards and scalability.

    + Coordinate cross-functional alignment with IT, DigitalPortfolio Office, and business teams.

    + Advocate for data quality, governance, and usabilityacross digital channels.

    + Support adoption of new capabilities through training anddocumentation.

    + Gather and synthesize business needs from Commercial andOperational teams to understand current and future customer data requirementsand translate them into actionable roadmap items.

    + Consolidate enterprise feedback on customer datadefinitions and calculations, ensuring alignment and concurrence acrossstakeholders.

    + Break down complex data transformations to identifyrequired data elements, sources, and gaps for assigned Customer Data Products.

    + Socialize and secure agreement on customer datadefinitions, calculations, and sources to maintain consistency across theenterprise.

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    + 2+ years in data product delivery or technical productmanagement.

    + Ability to manage delivery in a fast-paced,cross-functional environment.

    + Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams ina time-sensitive, dynamic environment while working independently with minimaldirection.

    + Strong business and technical acumen with a deepunderstanding of Delta’s travel ribbon and customer interaction points.

    + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.

    + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

    + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.

    + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to workin the United States.

    What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

    + Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, orrelated field.

    + Strong understanding of APIs, data modeling, and modernarchitectures (AWS preferred).

    + SQL proficiency

    + Experience with GraphQL, ETL pipelines, and APIintegrations.

    + Familiarity with personalization systems or customer dataplatforms.
