We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our Client Consulting function. This hybrid role, based in Mountain View, CA, offers a unique opportunity to provide expert consulting services to a select group of corporate real estate clients, supporting their real estate operations and investments.
As a Change Manager, you will be instrumental in driving successful change initiatives, developing and implementing change management strategies, assessing impacts, and managing stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. This role offers the chance to contribute to the success of a dynamic and growing company while making a tangible impact on our clients' real estate portfolios.
+ **What You’ll Do:** · Coordinate daily activities. Establish project schedules and collaborate with staff. Set and deliverable deadlines.· Build consulting strategies for small to medium size clients. Take part in strategic planning with stakeholders.· Assist the business within a specific geographic location and guide a collaborative team.· Gain an understanding of the client's business and ensure alignment with the business strategic direction.· Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.· Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc, google workspace preferred
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the [Change Manager] position is $125,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the [Change Manager] position is $135,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
