About the Role
Join CBRE as a Mail Services Associate, where you'll support of our shipping & receiving operations for a campus warehouse. You'll ensure the efficient and secure flow of mail and packages, playing a vital role in supporting our clients with their warehouse shipping & receiving dock.
What You'll Do
+ **Mailroom Operations:** Oversee all aspects of daily mailroom activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing mail and packages including international shipments and cold shipments of dry ice.
+ **Receiving & Inspection:** Audit deliveries against invoices, inspect items for damage or contraband, and ensure same-day delivery or proper notification.
+ **Shipping & Logistics:** Process shipment requests, coordinate with vendors, apply correct postage, and safeguard packages against damage.
+ **Inventory Management:** Monitor and replenish mail and postage supplies to maintain continuous operations.
+ **Client Support:** Respond to inquiries, provide updates, and effectively communicate with clients and team members regarding mail services.
+ **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement improvements to existing processes, contributing to team efficiency and problem-solving.
What You'll Bring
+ High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of relevant job-related experience.
+ A comprehensive understanding of mailroom processes and procedures.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Ability to write clear routine reports and correspondence.
+ Strong communication skills to convey complex information concisely.
