About the Role:
As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Analyst, you will assist in the management of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs relative to a small to medium-sized market area.
This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.
What You’ll Do:
+ Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and needs of client accounts.
+ Gather data to support for performance, compliance, concerns, and improvement to account management and market area.
+ Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance
+ Assist in executing HSE plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ EHS Compliance & Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and assessments (e.g., stormwater, AEDs, SPCC, spill kits, LOTO) to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Perform specialized testing such as ECD wipe tests and noise studies.
+ Waste Management: Coordinate the collection, disposal, and proper manifesting of various waste streams, including hazardous waste, e-waste, metal recycling, solid waste, and bio-waste.
+ Training & Education: Organize, coordinate, and track essential safety training programs, such as first aid/CPR, hazardous waste compliance, forklift operation, fire extinguisher use, and new hire safety.
+ Coordination & Vendor Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for external vendors and internal teams, coordinating services for calibration, medical surveillance, industrial hygiene monitoring, pressure vessel testing, and emergency drills.
+ Documentation & Recordkeeping: Maintain comprehensive EHS documentation, including filing inspection reports, manifests, medical clearances, audiograms, and training records. Manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and compile air emission records for compliance reporting.
+ Emergency Preparedness & Response: Coordinate evacuation drills and support incident investigations. Act as a point of contact for hazardous waste services and spill kit maintenance to ensure readiness.
+ Program Support & Project Coordination: Track compliance activities, manage permit payments, and support various EHS projects, including conducting Job Hazard Analyses and coordinating EHSMS aspect/impact assessments.
+ Perform chemical waste transfer as needed (on rotation)
What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Certification in one of the following is preferred: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST).
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $78,000 to $84,000 annual base salary based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
