We are looking to add a Data Registry Coordinator to our team of caregivers. In this role you will provide content expertise for program/registry requirements and guidelines to clinical teams and committees in a multi-hospital environment.
This is a remote position. A caregiver in this position works 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Provide oversight and adherence with Human Subject Protection to ensure data quality and integrity implementing high reliability organization training
+ Identify patients for inclusion in the clinical registries through the application of strict inclusion/exclusion criteria and protocols.
+ Collect and validate data for the program using the applicable criteria and definitions established by the registry.
+ Establish and maintain adequate workflow for data collection.
+ Provide accurate and timely submission of data into the program's website and assure the transmission of completed data according to the program's targets and deadlines.
+ Analyze data and report to identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Collaborate with clinical departments/units on performance improvement initiatives.
+ Ensure that our data registry(ices) is in compliance with all relevant regulations and that our data is of the highest quality.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in science, Healthcare, or a related field.
+ Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or a certification from an Allied Healthcare program with 5 years of experience in that field may substitute the bachelor's degree requirement.
+ An associate's degree in science, Healthcare or a related field and an additional two years of experience may substitute the bachelor's degree requirement.
+ Familiarity with medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information
+ Three years of clinical experience or related research/registry experience.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license
+ Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
+ In some locations, ability to move up to 10 pounds
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $52,270.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $79,727.50
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).
