    Position Purpose

    As a Purewick Rx Specialists, you will manage the end-to-end intake and reorder processes for Purewick reimbursement customers. You will ensure seamless enrollment in Liberator’s supply program by collaborating with multiple lead and referral sources. Throughout each customer’s journey, you will deliver personalized, white-glove service and support to uphold the highest standards of satisfaction and compliance.

    Responsibilities:

    + Effectively communicate the PureWick™ system's features and benefits to customers, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of its functionality, usage, and maintenance protocols while handling both inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.

    + Conduct initial and follow-up communications with leads, identify and resolve customer concerns, and utilize multiple communication channels including phone calls, web chat, and email to provide timely and accurate assistance.

    + Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM and call tracking systems, ensuring accurate notation of account details to facilitate proper follow-up and comprehensive customer service.

    + Consistently meet departmental targets for call volume, sales goals, and customer satisfaction while adhering to quality standards, HIPAA regulations, insurance protocols, and prescribed call scripting guidelines.

    + Work collaboratively across the organization to support customers, maintain a positive work atmosphere that embodies Liberator's philosophy of professional excellence, and demonstrate high attention to detail in all tasks and projects.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with Salesforce and Brightree.

    + Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply intermediate math skills **.**

    + Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

    + Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    + Knowledge of Word Processing software, Excel, Access and/or other database software.

    Physical Demands:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

    Work Environment:

    Onsite (if required): While performing the duties of this position, the employee performs tasks in a temperature-controlled office environment under normal office conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work environment involves minimal exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.

     

    Remote: While performing the duties of this position, the employee must work in a private, quiet area free from distractions to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Must have reliable high-speed internet at their work location.

Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. $35,603.00-$58,745.00 - Annual Range includes Base + Incentive.
