    Salary: $20.33- $30.50

    SUMMARY

    Performs a wide variety of advanced clerical accounting work related to proper accounting for Reverse Vending Machine income from returned bottles. Responsible for reviewing and preparing accounting entries related to bottle deposit income including accurate billings to vendors. Must have the ability to use spreadsheets and formulas. Requires skills of an analytical nature in working with account ledgers, as well as the ability to make independent judgments according to company policy.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Responsible for maintaining detailed accurate records related to RVAS activity journals or subsidiary ledgers of an accounting system and balancing and reconciling accounts applying knowledge of advanced accounting methods.

    + Create General Ledger uploads from spreadsheets; Prepares General Ledger journal entries. Prepare account analysis as assigned. Writes, updates, and runs reports to support analysis.

    + Research and correct UPC issues from bottles not setup correctly in system

    + Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    + Strong Attention to Detail

    + Strong communication skills.

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    + Associates degree preferred, but not required.

    + 2+ years of related experience.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Grasping/Finger Movement & Dexterity- Left/Right Hands Constant 5-8 Hours

     

    Sitting Constant 5-8 Hours
