As Director, Seasonal Performance Operations, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering seasonal operational and financial updates based on key seasonal code moments. Your team will gather and review global and geo data, collaborating with cross-functional partners to create the storyline of each season. You will be a key player in the forecasting process through each code gate up to the Order Entry Deadline, ensuring that the seasonal forecast aligns with the monthly operating plan and the overall vision for the season. This role connects demand planning, marketplace bookings, and business strategy to enable seasonal success.
Who You’ll Work With
You will be part of the Global Enterprise Business Planning team, working closely with global and geo partners across Brand, Sport & Marketplace. You will also partner with Analytics and Tech teams to automate processes and decision tools.

+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on seasonal performance operations.
+ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
+ Build organizational capability in financial literacy and operational decision-making.
Seasonal Performance Management
+ Drive the seasonal forecasting rhythm and gate reviews from early concepts through Order Entry Deadline.
+ Align seasonal forecasts to the Monthly Operating Plan and the seasonal vision; highlight variances and corrective actions.
+ Synthesize global and geo demand signals with marketplace bookings to ensure cohesive seasonal execution.
Strategic Storytelling & Decision Support
+ Create and communicate the season storyline to executive and geo audiences, including risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
+ Lead scenario modeling for trade-off decisions (e.g., timing, margin, cost-to-serve) and frame options with clear P&L impact.
+ Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders in recurring forums (e.g., Seasonal Business Reviews, code gate checkpoints).
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Decision Rights
+ Establish decision rights and escalation paths across Global–Geo stakeholders for seasonal performance topics.
+ Influence tool and process roadmaps with Analytics/Tech; serve as business owner for key seasonal reporting assets.
+ Resolve conflicts between global and geo priorities through structured governance and fact-based narratives.
Tools, Automation & Innovation
+ Sponsor automation of seasonal forecast and bookings reporting; define requirements for analytics dashboards and eventual AI supported solutions.
+ Drive adoption of standardized metrics and data definitions across geos to improve speed and accuracy.
+ Continuously identify process improvements that reduce manual work and improve decision quality.
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
+ 10+ years in business planning, supply chain, or operations in consumer/retail.
+ 5+ years leading teams with a track record of developing talent and driving results.
+ Demonstrated expertise in seasonal planning cycles and the seasonal buying process.
+ Advanced financial acumen with experience in scenario modeling and decision-making.
+ Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills.
+ Experience with integrated planning tools and enterprise analytics dashboards.
+ Familiarity with automation/BI platforms (e.g., enterprise data visualization tools).
