    Pay Range:** Maximum pay rate: **$39.40/hr

     

    About the Role

     

    Our client, **Stellantis** , is seeking an **Industrial Engineer – Intermediate** to join their team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be part of the **Industrial Engineering department** , supporting **Powertrain assembly operations and process improvement teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication** , which will align successfully with the organization’s lean manufacturing and operational goals.

     

    What’s the Job? (Max 5)

     

    + Responsible for direct/indirect labor and activities affecting line speed, cycle checks, workstation assignments, change control, and line balancing.

    + Utilize lean concepts to identify/eliminate waste; perform time/motion studies.

    + Assist IE Manager and IE Supervisor with technical services to maintain efficient lean manufacturing and staffing levels.

    + Perform work measurement including time studies, elemental breakdowns, and VA/SVA/NVA analyses.

    + Conduct process analysis, troubleshoot manufacturing systems, validate FIS/ANDON data, and support machine cycle time monitoring.

     

    What’s Needed? (Max 5)

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field).

    + Experience with time study, MODAPTS, MTM-UAS, ergonomic evaluations, and lean manufacturing principles.

    + Ability to interface with all organizational levels from shop floor to management.

    + Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

    + Must be self-motivated; able to work any shift, overtime, and occasional travel as required.
