Our client, a leading organization in transportation and logistics, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Linehaul Support Administrator 2 to join their team. As a vital part of the operations support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of transportation activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

**Job Title:** Linehaul Support Administrator 2

**Location:** Moon Township, PA

Pay Range: $25.73/hr

Shift: Daylight

What's the Job?

+ Perform administrative tasks related to contractor tractor addition and approval processes, including base plate registration and renewals.

+ Process and maintain titling and registration for company-owned trailers and rental equipment.

+ Distribute and audit toll cards and transponders for usage accuracy.

+ Enter and maintain approved routes in the Transportation Management System (TMS).

+ Conduct Control Self Monitoring (CSM) audit tests to ensure compliance and operational integrity.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ 0-2 years of relevant experience in administrative or transportation support roles.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling complex or confidential information.

+ Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
