    Our client, a leading manufacturer in the utility industry is looking for people to join their team. As a Production Line Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality cables. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Line Operator

    **Location:** Williamsport, PA

    **Pay Rate:** $23.14/hr

    **Shift:** 12-hour rotating schedules: Day shift 7:00am – 7:00pm, Night shift 7:00pm – 7:00am

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate various manufacturing machines and equipment with flexibility and precision

    + Assist in forklift operation and material handling as needed

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

    + Participate in quality control and continuous improvement activities

    + Adhere to production schedules to meet company goals

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proof of High School Diploma or GED

    + Ability to pass background, physical, and drug screening

    + Basic proficiency in math, reading, and comprehension of work instructions

    + Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety initiatives

    + Previous industrial experience is preferred but not required
