    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the cold environment operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Worker

    **Location:** Millville, NJ

    Pay Range:

    **Shift:** Start at 6:30 AM, complete about 7 to 8 hours

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Picking and packing items in a cold environment to ensure quality and efficiency

    + Preparing products for shipment according to company standards

    + Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area

    + Following safety guidelines and procedures at all times

    + Assisting team members to meet daily production goals

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience in food service, a plus if it is food packaging especially deli.

    + Ability to be delicate and precise with food product

    + Ability to work in a cold environment comfortably

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Reliable and punctual attendance

    + Ability to work Monday through Friday
