Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a UX/UI Developer to join their team. As a UX/UI Developer, you will be part of our client's Digital Studio supporting internal design and research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for advancing user experience design, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** UX/UI Developer

**Location:** Remote (within US)

**Pay Range:** $46 - $50/hr on W2

What's the Job?

+ Partner with designers and researchers to rapidly prototype AI-driven and agentic UX flows using tools like Figma, Lovable, and Copilot Studio.

+ Build and iterate interactive prototypes suitable for research, demonstrations, and engineering handoff.

+ Develop reusable internal UX tools such as Figma plugins and lightweight UX automation scripts or agents.

+ Contribute to a shared internal Agentic UX Platform by documenting patterns, prototypes, and workflows.

+ Document implementations and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure reuse across the studio.

What's Needed?

+ Extensive experience in data-driven software design and development.

+ Proficiency in building functional design prototypes and internal AI-powered tools.

+ Experience with AI-assisted workflows and APIs, preferably Azure OpenAI.

+ Strong collaboration skills with designers and researchers in fast-paced environments.

+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
