    **Job Title:** Senior Manager, Product Analytics

    **Location:** Lehi, Utah

    **Pay Range:** $170,000 - $185,000

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead a high-impact team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to drive actionable insights across product, customer, and business domains.

    + Develop and oversee data strategies and performance metrics that inform decision-making within the smart home ecosystem.

    + Partner with senior stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, scale analytics infrastructure, and promote a data-driven culture.

    + Define, track, and own key product and customer experience metrics throughout the product lifecycle.

    + Oversee scalable analytics architecture, dashboards, and internal tooling to democratize insights across teams.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA with a focus on analytics.

    + 7+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles, including 2+ years in leadership or managerial positions.

    + Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and experience with database technologies such as BigQuery, MongoDB, Postgres, Firestore, Redis, or Spanner.

    + Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, or Elastic, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

    + Strong understanding of product lifecycle, customer journey, and key business KPIs, with the ability to influence product and business strategies through data.
