Position: Store Manager
Wage: $55k-65k/year

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
• Leading talent through hiring, onboarding, training, and development processes
• Implementing and guiding all human resources objectives
• Attracting talent through community networking and other recruitment practices
• Retaining and developing employees through ongoing rewards, coaching, accountability, and training
• Implementing business strategies in partnership with regional leadership team to meet or exceed sales goals
• Managing change with effective communication, planning, and team preparation
• Maintaining a consistent presence on the sales floor and in product production areas
What do you bring to the job?
• 5+ years of retail management experience preferably in operational management and talent development
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills when communicating with a diverse audience
• The ability to make quick and logical decisions
• Ability to work various hours as needed to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
