    Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Packer Day Shift

    **Location:** York, PA

    Pay Range: $18/hr

    **Shift:** Day Shift (6:42 am - 7:00 pm) Rotating Schedule

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assure the quality of bottles and final packages before shipment to customers.

    + Train new personnel on quality standards and plant quality systems.

    + Perform visual inspections of bottles and packaging for defects and proper assembly.

    + Report and document defective products, ensuring corrective actions are taken.

    + Assist in training and support production activities as needed.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience, with 6 months in quality preferred.

    + Ability to operate inspection devices such as leak testers, vision systems, and metal detectors.

    + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    + Proficiency in computer usage and data entry.

    + Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
