    Our client, a leading organization in data center development and infrastructure, is seeking a Construction Project Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager 5, you will be part of the Data Center Build Management department supporting the Data Center Construction and Integration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Pay Range:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage the project scope, schedule, and budget for data center construction and integration activities.

    + Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

    + Oversee telecom materials procurement, installation, and integration of security systems and network infrastructure.

    + Ensure safety protocols are followed and support the implementation of high-risk activity programs.

    + Provide regular project updates, KPIs, and performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data center projects, with a focus on white space fit-out or ground-up construction.

    + At least 5+ years of experience in IT fit-out or construction project management.

    + Strong background in telecommunications and infrastructure coordination.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and internal teams effectively.

    + Relevant certifications such as PMP are highly desirable.
