    **Title:** Quality Assurance Specialist

    **Location:** Columbus, OH (100% Onsite)

    **Duration:** 11 Months (Contract)

    **Pay Range:** $21/hr to $24/hr (On W2)

     

    We are looking for a **“Quality Assurance Specialist”** to join one of our clients.

    Job Summary:

    The Quality Assurance Specialist supports the supplier management program by maintaining accurate data, documentation, and systems. This role works closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to monitor supplier performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support product quality and improvement initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Maintain and manage supplier documentation, data, and tracking systems.

    + Communicate with suppliers regarding quality agreements, documentation, and compliance requirements.

    + Track, monitor, and escalate supplier performance and product quality issues as needed.

    + Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Legal, and Purchasing to resolve supplier-related issues.

    + Maintain the global approved supplier list and prepare supplier exception reports.

    + Review label and allergen information for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

    + Support management with reporting, meeting coordination, and project tracking.

    Education & Experience:

    + B.S. degree in Science, Business, or a technical field required.

    + 5–7 years of experience in quality, customer support, business, or project coordination preferred.
