    Distribution Associate – 1st Shift

    **Location:** Taylor, PA

    **Pay Rate:** $23.00 per hour

    Work Schedule

    + Monday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

    + Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

    + Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

    + Saturday: overtime as required 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

    A leading global logistics company is hiring Distribution Associates to support warehouse and order fulfillment operations.

     

    This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a team-based warehouse environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Order picking accurately in a refrigerated enviornmernt using RF Scanner

    + Order picking accurately in a refrigerated environment

    + Operate ergonomic packing stations with adjustable tables

    + Perform general warehouse duties including labeling, shrink wrapping, etc.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Follow all safety protocols and dress code requirements

    What’s Needed

    + Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Willingness to wear required safety attire on day one, including:

    + Full-length pants

    + Shirts with at least 4-inch sleeves

    + ANSI-approved safety shoes with toe protection

    + Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
