    Do you bring **paper, pulp or converter** leadership experience? In this Production Supervisor role, you’ll play a key hands‑on role in driving safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. This is an excellent opportunity for an **experienced paper mill professional** ready to lead a skilled crew and make a real impact on operational performance.

    In this position you will:

    + Lead, coach, and support your production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

    + Oversee daily operation of the paper machine and related equipment.

    + Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with maintenance, and keep production running smoothly.

    + Maintain strict safety and environmental compliance.

    + Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when needed.

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste.

    + Ensure strong communication across shifts and departments.

    Well qualified candidates will have:

    + **3–5 years of experience in a paper mill environment with leadership responsibilities** .

    + Strong knowledge of paper manufacturing processes and equipment.

    + Effective communicator with excellent leadership and problem‑solving skills.

    + Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

    + Formal leadership training and experience with lean/continuous improvement.

    This position comes with:

    + A generous salary **of $90K-$100K**
