    Mix Room Rework (Bucket Dumpers) - $15.75/hr

     

    Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **_Mix Room Rework_** to join their team. As a Mix Room Rework, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Mix Room Rework

    **Location:** Sikeston, MO

     

    Pay Range: $15.75/hr - weekly pay

     

    Shift: 5am-5pm (2-2-3 rotation)/ 3 day weekends

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Reworking and refining mix room processes to ensure optimal product quality

    + Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

    + Monitoring and adjusting equipment to meet production standards

    + Maintaining accurate documentation of rework activities and quality checks

    + Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Relevant credentials within the specified range (100062, 100000)

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Good communication and teamwork skills

    + Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
