Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Mines Rd, Laredo, TX
**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
**Pay Range:** $16 per hour
Our client in the logistics industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the operations department, supporting delivery coordination teams. The ideal candidate will have **strong communication skills** , **problem-solving abilities** , and **attention to detail** , which will align successfully within the organization.
What’s the Job?
+ Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
+ Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
+ Monitor progress of delivery routes
+ Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
What’s Needed?
+ Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1-year related experience, preferably in a call center environment
+ Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
+ Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure while staying organized
