We are looking for a dependable and experienced Lead Cleaner to oversee daily cleaning operations and guide a small team of cleaners. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting and training staff, and ensuring that assigned areas consistently meet quality and safety expectations.

Job Title: Cleaner Lead

Pay Range: 18.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

+ Lead, direct, and motivate a team of cleaners to meet daily performance and quality standards.

+ Conduct routine quality inspections and address any issues promptly.

+ Assist with training new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing coaching as needed.

+ Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, and cleaning restrooms and windows.

+ Remain flexible and assist with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What’s Needed?

+ at least 2 years of previous experience in a cleaning, housekeeping or custodial role, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

+ Ability to lead by example and communicate clearly with team members.

+ Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.

+ Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
