Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a dedicated Drupal/Acquia Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Drupal/Acquia Developer, you will be an integral part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting the website modernization project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Drupal/Acquia Developer

**Location:** Sacramento, CA

Pay Range: starting from $78.00 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure Drupal CMS solutions on the Acquia platform.

+ Migrate existing WordPress site (PERSpective) and custom web applications into Drupal.

+ Implement responsive, mobile-first design principles to enhance user experience.

+ Integrate third-party tools such as CRM, analytics, and marketing platforms.

+ Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards and optimize website performance for high uptime.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Drupal development, preferably with Drupal 9/10.

+ Expertise in Acquia Cloud and Drupal hosting environments.

+ Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React/Angular preferred).

+ Experience with API development, integration, and security best practices.

+ Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and compliance testing.
