Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, is seeking dedicated General Laborers to join their dynamic team. As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting various operational tasks that contribute to the company's success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, safety consciousness, and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment, embracing teamwork and continuous improvement.

**Job Title:** General Laborer

**Location:** Carney, MI

**Pay Rate:** $17.00 per Hour

**Shift:** Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

+ Assist in sorting, stacking, and moving lumber and other materials within the mill

+ Operate basic sawmill machinery and tools under supervision

+ Monitor and inspect lumber for quality and consistency

+ Remove scrap wood and debris to maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Support machine operators and other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations

What's Needed?

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

+ Comfortable working in outdoor or warehouse environments

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols

+ Reliable transportation to and from work

+ Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
