    Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title: Bilingual Spanish/English** Warehouse Lead

    **Location:** Groveport, OH

    **Pay Range:** $20-$23/hr based on experience

    **Shift:** Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety

    + Supervise and support warehouse staff to meet productivity goals

    + Coordinate inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels

    + Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing coaching

    + Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience

    + Basic computer skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to work at a fast pace on your feet

    + Prior supervisory experience preferred

    + Bilingual English/Spanish required
